IPRs in Hot air Heating and Vacuum Drying Oven
Combined Hot air/vacuum drying cycle
IPR to be done at each stage. Maximum moisture shall be removed at lower temperature stage so that combination of high moisture and high temperature can be avoided in drying oven. The combined effect of high moisture content with high temperature will increase the reduction of DP (degree of polymerization in cellulose insulations).
Partial pressure (P) of water vapour at 0.5% moisture content
