• Completion of all jobs assigned in a cost effective, timely and safe manner. 
• Jobs valued above the ‘Authorised Spend value’  are approved  submitted with  a comparative analysis  on  pricing, quality and  timeliness of the three best independent quotes with recommendations  made to the client  for final approvals.

Plumbing & Water Management Services:

OES provides Operation & Maintenance for

• Water Management Systems.
• Minor repairs of Sanitary fixtures.
• Pump Operations.
• Maintenance of spares.
• Ensuring adequate water in the overhead tanks for use.
• Cleaning of tanks at periodic intervals.
• Sourcing water when needed. 
• Testing the same for quality ( TDS ).
• Operation & maintenance of Water management system , WTP / STP / ETP wherever applicable.
